Program Mission: The Mission of the Dallas Blueprint for Leadership program is to accelerate the involvement of ethnic minorities on the board of directors, committees and panels of the Center for Nonprofit Management member agencies.

Blueprint for Leadership provides a way for boards to be more culturally relevant and reflective of the communities they serve. The program consists of 42 hours of classroom training and group activities designed to cultivate qualified, committed, skilled, high-caliber minority board members.
