TexasNonprofits
- is a project of the Social Responsibility Corporation that strengthens
Texas communities by maximizing access to resources for nonprofits through
leveraging internet technology in order to facilitate and encourage
connections between charitable causes and potential contributors. Services
include a Foundation Directory, a Nonprofit Directory, a Grant RFP Directory,
a Job Bank, a Volunteer Bank, a Wish List, and editorials on every aspect
of the 3rd sector.
Center
for Community-Based & Nonprofit Organizations at Austin Community
College - A community partnership for those engaged in
the nonprofit sector. Services include: learning opportunities; consulting
services; a weekly LISTSERV for over 5,000; online resources; and more.
2007 Nonprofit Salary & Benefits Survey - Salary
data from 129 organizations on 60 positions common in nonprofits including
Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer; part-time hourly rates;
salary data by operating budget size and location in Dallas County or
the Metro Area (Collin, Denton, Ellis, Johnson, Rockwall, and Tarrant
counties). Also includes 9 tables on benefit provisions. Executive Director
salaries also analyzed by gender, bonus pay, and size of full-time staff.
